Debra Robinson, AIC, Claims Manager, is responsible for all aspects of the claims process including assisting clients with loss control and risk management reports.  Prior to joining Strate Insurance Group, Inc., in October 1998, Debra worked as an auto and home claims adjuster.  She also brings experience as a workers’ compensation adjuster while employed with Travelers Insurance Company.

  Debra has over 16 years of experience in the insurance claims field and is well experienced in the claims process.  She is currently pursuing her Associate in Claims designation and enjoys membership in local claims and safety organizations.

Debra grew up in Siler City North Carolina.  She graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology.  

Debra resides in Morristown with her husband and two daughters. She is active in her church and enjoys supporting her children in their activities.
