Tom Strate, President of Strate Insurance Group, is pleased to announce an additional service being offered to customers.  Human Resources Consulting Services are now available through the agency’s Employee Benefits Department. Nancy Holder, SPHR will lead these efforts.

We are very confident in Mrs. Holder’s ability to deliver effective and meaningful results“.   This service allows our clients to out-source some of the time consuming projects that face HR Professionals, allowing them to invest their time more wisely in direct employee relations and the everyday responsibilities of their core businesses.

Following a review of current policies and procedures, clients may select from a menu of customized services.  We can assist in regulatory compliance issues, conduct job analyses leading to updated job descriptions, assist in developing compensation plans and performance reviews, update handbooks and policy manuals, prepare and conduct supervisory training, and counsel with management as requested on individual issues. These services are being offered based on individual needs of the customer.
