Most customer needs start with an insurance problem. After a little conversation we determine that they have really identified a risk of financial loss that they are concerned about. Upon further discussion we can help our customer analyze this risk and determine the appropriate risk solution. Sometimes insurance is the solution, and sometimes it is not.
Risk Management is the practice of protecting an organization from financial harm by identifying, analyzing, and controlling risk and the lowest possible cost.
In order to accomplish this we must be good listeners and at the same time ask the right questions in order to find the best solutions. We use the risk management process as the foundation of our analysis. We use many tools such as questionnaires, financial analysis, loss history review, corporate goals and values, customer future plans, industry comparisons and benchmarks, understanding our customer’s tolerance to financial risk, to complete this process.
