Happiness! 

Strate Insurance Group celebrated Customer Service Week, October 3-7, 2011.  “Happiness” was our theme.  We started the week with a Kick-off breakfast and a Customer Service Pledge.  We continued through out the week with Personal Strenght Assessments, daily games, being served, and learning to de-stress.  By far, our most rewarding and learning experience of the week was randomly visiting customers, speaking with and giving them gift baskets.  It is our desire here at Strate Insurance Group to not only have great customer service but to really connect with each of you.
