Nancy P. Holder, is Employee Benefits Account Services Manager.  Nancy joined Strate Insurance Group, Inc. in 2002. She has more than twenty years in Human Resource Management and social service programs.  She provides service assistance to clients using individual and group life, health, and retirement products.

Nancy graduated from Carson-Newman College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She also attended graduate school at the University of Tennessee. 

Nancy earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources in 1989 and remains a member of the Society for Human Resource Management Association.

Nancy has been involved in many community organizations.  She has served as a President of the GFWC Junior Reading Circle, a Charter Board Member and Treasurer of the Girls Club of Morristown, a Board Member of CEASE, a Board Member of M-H Humane Society, a Commissioner of the Morristown Housing Authority, and as a member of the United Way Budget Committee and campaign worker.

Nancy resides in Morristown with her husband, Frank Holder.  They attend All Saints’ Episcopal Church where Nancy is a co-chair of the Altar Guild.
