We are committed to our customers and protecting their information. You may receive a separate privacy statement(s) from a company or companies that we represent detailing its information sharing practices You will need to notify that company separately if you do not want your information shared as outlined in its policy. 

We apply the same rules to former customers that apply to current customers. We may amend our privacy policy from time to time. As required by law, we will send our current customers our most recent privacy notice at least annually.

The type of information we collect if related to the insurance you request from us and may include your name, address, social security number, driver's license number, ownership of property, marital status, health information and other information required to obtain insurance coverages for you We may collect nonpublic information from individuals other than those proposed for coverage.
