There are many benefits to having access to a local claims manager. First, you have an advocate to support you during a stressful time. We ensure clear communication between you and the insurance company. In some cases, we hold three-way conference calls so that you and the adjuster can speak directly, while we make sure your claim is getting the proper attention. We are even available to meet in-person.
Second, a local claims manager will counsel you through the complicated claims process. We tell our customers the first thing they should do when an incident occurs is report it promptly—even if they aren’t sure whether to file a claim. We can discuss the details, review claims history, and advise the most prudent course forward.
At Strate Insurance Group, we know our customers want their claims resolved quickly. Our standard is to report the claim to the insurance company the same day it was disclosed to us. We also know what information to gather from you, streamlining the investigation process with the insurance company.
Lastly, we are able to pay some claims immediately. If you needed a tow, hit a deer or had a one car fender bender, you could walk into our office with a receipt or estimate and walk out with a check! Although we cannot guarantee the outcome or payment of a claim, we promise to be your advocate and campaign on your behalf.
After a claim is paid, we send our customers a survey asking them for their feedback on the claims process. We take this customer feedback very seriously and have used it to make our better way even better!
